Hillcrest IB Student Fund

Each year we request a $50 dollar donation from each IB family or anyone able to make a donation to help fund our need-based Financial Aid to students who may struggle to cover exam fees due to family emergency or other situations. If each family were to donate $50, no student in our IB program would have to pay for their exams.
Sponsor a Plate: Senior Class 2018
​
Here at Hillcrest we believe all families should have a chance to experience a special celebration for the accomplishments of their students' who have challenged themselves in our program. If you would like to sponsor a plate for our IB Senior Dinner, the cost is $30/plate. Donations can be made in the IB Office while visiting, or paid directly at the Main Office with "IB Dinner" noted on them. Please contact Su Veenstra for more information.
Give a Morality Boost - Testing Treats

Exam sessions for many IB students will start the end of April and continue until May! We like to support them by trying to destress their lives and provide some basic comforts like brain food when they are studying or have to take back-to-back exams with only a few minutes between. Any and all donated items need to be store purchased, and cannot be homemade. These items can be dropped off at the IB Office, room A102, across from the Main Office.
Give Time - Parent Committee or Proctor an Exam

Each year we need anywhere from 20-30 individuals to help monitor IB Exams. We also need Freshman and Sophomore Parents to join our Parent Committee to help review anonymous financial aid applications for testing students. If you are interested in volunteering as a proctor or joining the IB Parent Committee, please sign up below.
